We ship physical products through our fulfillment partners (dropshipping). Digital downloads are delivered electronically — no shipping required.

Digital downloads
After checkout you receive download access by email / account. Delivery is typically immediate. If you do not receive access within a few minutes, check spam and then email jwhit4923@gmail.com.

Physical products — processing & timelines
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by supplier location and carrier, commonly about 7–21 business days for standard domestic delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees — supplier and carrier performance can affect timing.
