Refund & Returns Policy — Authorized Sword Ministries

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell both physical (dropshipped) items and digital downloads, return rules differ by product type.

Physical products (30-day window)
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused and unopened, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags, and you must have proof of purchase. Returns also depend on our supplier’s acceptance — if a supplier cannot take an item back, we will explain your options (store credit, partial refund, or replacement when available).

To start a return, email us at jwhit4923@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back until we reply with instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. When a return is authorized, we will email you return shipping instructions. The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns; items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are returned at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee.
