Shipping & Returns

Short version of how we fulfill orders and handle returns. Full legal text also lives under store policies at checkout.

Shipping
Digital downloads: delivered by email / account after purchase — no shipping.
Physical items: fulfilled by our suppliers. Processing usually 1–3 business days; transit often about 7–21 business days for standard domestic shipping (estimates only).

US shipping rates

• We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout from the items in your cart. Many items ship free (including Anker, Pursonic and Klein Tools); most others are $15 or less.
• A few items cost more to ship — up to $24 (for example, Friendie headphones and earbuds ship by DHL for $24).
• Items from different suppliers ship separately, so each supplier's shipping is added on its own. You always see the exact shipping total before you pay.

Tracking is emailed when the supplier provides it.

Returns
Physical: 30 days from delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging, subject to supplier acceptance. Email jwhit4923@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Digital: final sale once delivered or accessed (except where law requires otherwise). Contact us within 7 days for defective-file replacements.
Damaged or wrong items: contact us ASAP with photos so we can fix it.
